All sales are final.

Purchases from Dobi Author are non-refundable, with the exception of items lost or damaged in shipping or the rare instance of a printing error.

When you make a purchase from our store, prior to completing your checkout, please review your shopping cart carefully to be sure you've purchased the correct item, correct quantity, and correct format (ebook, paperback, or audio). 

Ebook and audiobook purchases are delivered via an emailed download link from our digital distributor, BookFunnel. This email arrives immediately after you complete your purchase. Please be sure to download your purchase. 

Ebooks and audiobooks are non-returnable and non-refundable, as these are instant downloads. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we stand behind the quality of our items and believe that you'll love them just as much as we do! If you have issues with the ebook or audio file, contact BookFunnel directly for assistance at help@bookfunnel.com.

For physical goods, there's no return for buyers remorse. Only defective or damaged items are eligible for return if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item (according to the tracking).

For refund queries regarding physical goods, please email shop@dobiauthor.com within 7 days of receiving your physical product (according to the tracking). Please use the subject "returns" and include your name, order number, reason for return, and photographs of the defective or damaged item. If a book is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong title or format, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
